Overview:
PMP certification training is designed to help aspiring project managers prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam. Requirements:
To be eligible for the PMP certification exam, participants must meet one of the following sets of requirements:
- Secondary Degree (High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Equivalent)*: 7,500 hours of project management experience, 60 months of project management experience, and 35 hours of project management education.
- Four-Year Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent)*: 4,500 hours of project management experience, 36 months of project management experience, and 35 hours of project management education or CAPM® certification.
Course Hours:
Our online PMP certification training is delivered over 35 hours, divided into:
– Instructor-Led Training: 28 hours of live online instruction
– Self-Paced Learning: 7 hours of online course materials and practice exams
Course Objectives:
Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the Project Management Framework: Learn about the five process groups, nine knowledge areas, and 49 processes that make up the project management framework.

- Develop Project Management Plans: Learn how to develop project management plans, including scope statements, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage Project Execution: Understand how to manage project execution, including managing and controlling scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Monitor and Control Project Performance: Learn how to monitor and control project performance, including tracking and reporting progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the plan, and taking corrective action.
- Pass the PMP Certification Exam: Prepare to pass the PMP certification exam by learning about the exam format, content, and question types.
